- Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery location
- Provide accurate address details and event timing
- Let us know of any access or parking requirements
❄️ Storage Instructions
To maintain freshness and safety, follow these food storage guidelines:
- Consume food immediately, or keep hot foods above 60°C
- Cold dishes should be refrigerated below 5°C
- If chilled, consume within 4 hours of removing from the fridge
Improper storage may affect food quality. Please consume within the recommended time to ensure safety.
📦 Pickup Orders
If you choose pickup, please arrive on time. Once the food leaves our premises, storage responsibility passes to you.
