These Gold Coast catering terms and conditions apply to all catering services provided by JK Catering With Love. By placing an order with us, you agree to follow the guidelines outlined below to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for your event.

1. Ordering Process

We accept orders via email, phone, or our online contact form. Please provide your event details including the date, location, number of guests, and dietary preferences.

2. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • Final Payment: The balance must be paid at least 3 days before the service date.
  • Accepted Methods: Bank transfer, PayID, or cash (details provided upon booking).

3. Delivery & Storage Policy

We deliver within the Gold Coast area. For food safety, we recommend consuming your food immediately upon delivery. If not, refrigerate and consume within 4 hours. See our Delivery & Storage Policy for full details.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are based on how many days in advance you cancel. See our Cancellation Policy for more information.

5. Guest Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing access to the venue and any necessary permissions. We are not liable for food left out beyond safe handling time.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for food allergies unless clearly communicated in advance. Please notify us of any allergy or dietary needs when booking.
